• I am unable to rename keyloggerpro.exe!
  If you are trying to rename the KeyloggerPro.exe module to another name, but receive a Windows error stating the the file cannot be renamed (for whatever reason), it is because Keylogger Pro is running already on your system. To stop Keylogger Pro from running, you will have to manually close it. Once you have closed Keylogger Pro, you can now freely rename the KeyloggerPro.exe module to whatever name you wish without receiving any errors!
   

• I need a new copy or upgrade of Keylogger Pro - how do I obtain it? If, for some reason, you need to obtain another copy of Keylogger Pro, simply request a new copy via email and we will send you another copy of the software as soon as possible.
