1. What Operating Systems is Keylogger Pro compatible with?

2. I am unable to rename keyloggerpro.exe!
If you are trying to rename the KeyloggerPro.exe module to another name, but receive a Windows error stating the the file cannot be renamed (for whatever reason), it is because Keylogger Pro is running already on your system.
To stop Keylogger Pro from running, you will have to manually close it. Once you have closed Keylogger Pro, you can now freely rename the KeyloggerPro.exe module to whatever name you wish without receiving any errors!
3. I need a new copy or upgrade of Keylogger Pro - how do I obtain it?
If, for some reason, you need to obtain another copy of Keylogger Pro, simply request a new copy via email and we will send you another copy of the software as soon as possible. Note: Please include your Order ID and e-mail address so that we can verify your order.
4. I purchased Keylogger Pro and only have the product registration key, but I do not have the program itself installed?
You need to download it and you must put the product key in the registration box. Contact us for the download!
5. I am receiving a message that says "not authorized to run on this computer", how come?
If you hav receieved a message saying "not authorized to run on this computer" this is becuase you are trying to install Invisible PC Keylogger Pro on more than one computer at a time.
